NEW SECURITY FEATURE FOR THE BRITTANY CLUBHOUSE
In
an effort to help increase the security of our Clubhouse and
Pool areas, the HOA has added a new feature to the
clubhouse. A "Horn System" has been added to the front
door of the clubhouse that will go off if the front door is
propped open for longer than a minute.
Propping of the door has been a problem for sometime leaving
the clubhouse vulnerable to unauthorized entrance by
children and adults. This Horn is very loud and will
deter people from propping the door open.
REMINDER
CLUBHOUSE SECURITY: DO
NOT prop any outside door
open at any time or for any reason. This breaches the security of the clubhouse
and may result in immediate de-activation of your clubhouse key fob, as well as
the loss of your security deposit.
