Congratulations On Your New Home
Community Solutions & Sales
has been hired by Brittany Homeowners Association to manage the Brittany Homeowners Association of which you are now a member. We look
forward to serving you and the Association.
As a new condominium owner you
may have some questions regarding the Association. The Condominium Covenants and Restrictions for Brittany set forth your rights and
responsibilities as a condominium owner. It is a rather lengthy document, so we have attached a list of some of the more commonly asked
questions we receive (click here).
Please take a moment to read them.
When you took title to your
home, you purchased two things; the exclusive right of ownership of your specific home, and an undivided interest in the common areas of the
community. The common areas are the facilities and grounds that are used by all owners. This includes: the roads, parking areas,
playground, swimming pool and the landscaped areas of the community. Because everyone owns these common areas, a sort of mini-government
must be created to maintain them to everyone’s benefit. This is the purpose of the Homeowners Association and the Management Committee.
Association dues are $173.00 per month. Please make your check
payable to Brittany HOA. All Association dues are due and payable in advance on the first of each month and late after ten days.
Please remit promptly to avoid a $25.00 late fee. There is a drop box located inside the clubhouse just to the left as you enter where you
may drop your monthly payment.
Go to the
Homepage, there you
will will find a Quick Reference
to all the questions you may have. |
